‘Like a Drug’ is the lead single from Like Language’s new album ‘Whatever You Want.’ Like Language is a Chicago Suburbs based alt-pop songwriting duo, consisting of Matthew Murray and Kristen Donnelly. After writing and playing music since his late teens, Matt connected with Kristen, a high school choir director. Both from the same hometown, Matt and Kristen grew up together and began writing three years ago. The mix of her formal and his informal music experience has lead to a unique songwriting style and partnership. Since forming Like Language, they have released their debut EP ‘Keep You Here’ and recently released their new record, ‘Whatever You Want’ produced by Marc McClusky (Weezer/Motion City Soundtrack) available everywhere now.
